Coping with Grief and Loss
Grief is a natural and normal response to the death of a loved one, and each of us will experience it in our own unique way. In a culture that encourages "pushing through" and finding the silver lining, it can be hard to find space to fully express the truth of your experience. I prioritize creating an environment where you feel heard and supported, with room for every feeling that comes with loss.

Resources
Grief, caregiving, aging and burnout rarely look the same for two people. Though the process, stages and emotions are highly unique and individual, that doesn’t mean that the perspectives and experiences of others can’t help bring comfort, solace and healing.
These articles aren't a substitute for therapy, but they're a place to start when you need to feel less alone.
If something here resonates and you'd like to talk, I offer virtual appointments throughout Texas and counseling in-person in San Marcos, TX.
